The entrance leads into the hallway which has a pretty arched window and provides access to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Beautiful oak flooring has been laid throughout the whole cottage, and there are huge rustic re-claimed beams and vaulted ceilings in most of the rooms
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and space for a cot if necessary.
There is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player.
There are lovely views of the village and paddock.
Bedroom has two 3ft single beds, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player.
All beds have comfortable high quality mattresses
Family bathroom with toilet, basin and powerful shower over the bath.
The open- plan lounge/kitchen/diner is comfortable, rustic and very spacious..
There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player. SKY TV, including SKY Sports and Sky Movies channels. There is also a radio and CD player (smart-phone compatible).

The kitchen has a table and 6 chairs and is very well equipped; with a double electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is shared use of a tumble dryer.
In the living room there are glass doors which lead to a large decked balcony which has a seating area overlooking the paddock and surrounding countryside.
Within the cottage there is a range of guides and an OS map, a selection of books, games and DVD’s for adults and children.
There is also a quantity of toys and books.
There is a private fenced garden with sitting area with table, chairs and a BBQ.
There are lovely views of the village and surrounding countryside from the garden and it is safe for children and dogs.
The large communal garden is also great for children to explore and there is an outdoor table tennis table (bats and balls available).
# Young children MUST be supervised at all times- especially in the communal garden as there is a small stream which runs along the boundary of the property.
Well behaved dogs welcome (£20 supplement per dog).
Electricity, heating, hot water and linen included: heating is independently controlled central heating to radiators.
If required, we can provide a travel cot, highchair and stair gate.
Personal towels NOT provided.
Parking for two cars; off road and private.
